Tender Title: Providing tools, materials and equipment for Cash for Work rehabilitation activities in Shirqat and Baiji.

 

Mercy Hands for Humanitarian Aid (MH) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-political organization founded in 2004. MH works to save lives, sustain human rights and restore healthy communities.

For the project “Advancing Economic Recovery in Salah Aldin through Livelihoods and Improving Social Cohesion”, in partnership with UNDP and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), MH invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the tender for “Providing tools, materials and equipment for Cash for Work rehabilitation activities in Shirqat and Baiji.”

 

Tender Release Date: 6th April 2021 at 10:00AM

Tender Closure Date: 20th April 2021 at 15:00PM

 

All tenders must be received by the above deadline or they will be rejected.

This tender package includes the following documents to be completed, signed and stamped before submission (scroll down for the documents):

  • Request for Proposal

  • Annex 1:  Bill of Quantity (BoQ)

  • Annex 2: Financial Guarantee Letter

  • Annex 3: MH Code of Conduct (CoC)

 

The technical and financial offers must be separate (not mixed), each should be placed in its own sealed and stamped envelope. These envelopes should then be placed in another sealed and stamped envelope or package and marked with the tender reference number and title, as well as the company’s name and details. They should be hand-delivered to Mercy Hands office at:

Participation

 

Participation in this tender is open only to Suppliers and Companies – participating either individually or in a group (consortium) – which are officially registered in Federal Iraq.
